Scorpios, born from late October through late November,

Typically enjoy food and tend to sometimes gravitate toward spicy food. On the other end of the scale, this astrologist says an Aquarius will likely need to focus on light foods and a healthy diet. The traditionally health-conscious Virgo does well with harvest foods like potatoes and carrots. If you’re a Virgo, you may be looking for organic, natural ingredients. Soups, stews, and grains all traditionally work well. A Gemini needs to have healthy snacks on hand, but really enjoys sharing food while socializing. Those born under the sign of Cancer often turn toward comfort foods.

She says a Taurus likes baking and growing their own food.

While fruits and veggies are good choices, the astrologist advises spicing them up a bit for flavor. Leos do well with olives, fresh veggies, and olive oil. Libras, on the other hand, often have a sweet tooth. Because a Sagittarius was born around the holiday season, typically this type of eater likes to make a lot of food and hates going on a diet. No matter your sign, of course, it never hurts to experiment a little, whether that means staying on the low end of the heat scale or even venturing up higher on the spice scale.
